16 NCAC 06G .0303         FLEXIBLE FUNDING

The SBE shall not consider or grant waivers for:

(1)           teacher assistants;

(2)           matching state funds for federal vocational education;

(3)           transportation;

(4)           employee benefits, including annual leave and longevity;

(5)           Willie M.; and

(6)           all federal funds.
